Fulfillment Policy 

At Dr. Davin’s practice, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, personalized experience for every client. Our offerings include digital health consultations, functional medicine memberships, testing packages, educational programs, and wellness services. This fulfillment policy outlines our terms for refunds, returns, cancellations, and service delivery.

1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services—which include time-intensive medical consultations, digital health analysis, and customized treatment planning—all purchases are non-refundable once services are rendered.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been scheduled or delivered.

  • A duplicate or erroneous payment was made in error.

  • A digital product or program was purchased but not accessed (within 7 days of purchase).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@drlundquist.com within 7 days of purchase for consideration.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Most of our services are delivered digitally through secure platforms (patient portals, video calls, or downloadable files). However, some functional lab kits or physical materials may be shipped directly to clients.

  • Lab Kits: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the provider. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Included in pricing unless otherwise specified.

  • Eligible Locations: Shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. International delivery is limited and may incur additional charges.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all shipped lab kits or materials.

3. Return Policy

We do not accept returns on:

  • Completed services (consults, health plans, memberships)

  • Digital downloads or educational content

  • Opened or used lab kits

If you receive a damaged or defective lab kit, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to request a replacement at info@drlundquist.com.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and offer flexibility where possible:

  • One-on-One Appointments: Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

  • Memberships or Subscriptions: May be canceled at any time. Please provide 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

  • Programs and Courses: Cancellations are only allowed prior to program start date. After that, no refunds are issued.
